Can I login from any computer?
Yes. You can login from any computer but you can only login from one computer at a time.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. You may pay with a PayPal account.
How do I make changes to my account?
Login to your account and go to the "My Account" section to update or renew your information.
What method of shipping to you use?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for both international and domestic orders and all orders include Delivery Confirmation. Priority Mail is a very fast and reliable method for shipping our products. Most orders are shipped on the same day they are placed. Within the US, the shipment time is generally 2-3 business days and for international orders, it is generally 6-10 business days. Bulk orders to wholesalers will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Southern California.
What is your return policy?
Defective DVDs will be replaced and the return shipping reimbursed. The exchange request must be received via email within 7 days of purchase. Return instructions will be sent once we receive your request. Downloadable DVDs are non-refundable.
